Car Wash Membership Terms of Service

San Pedro Express Car Wash ("us", "we", or "our") offers a monthly car wash membership program (the "Membership"). By enrolling in our Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Membership Subscription

By subscribing to our Membership, you authorize San Pedro Express Car Wash to automatically charge your credit or debit card each month on the anniversary date of your initial purchase. This subscription will continue on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel it. To cancel your Membership, you must submit a request through our website or contact us directly with at least seven (7) days' notice prior to your next billing date. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial billing periods.

SMS and Email Communications

By enrolling in our Membership, you may opt-in to receive promotional alerts, updates, and important communications via SMS and email. By providing your contact information, you consent to receive automated messages to the phone number and email address you provided. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. You may opt out of email communications by following the unsubscribe link included in the email. Even if you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send service-related communications.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information, including your name, phone number, email address, address, and vehicle information, will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This information is used solely to administer your Membership and provide our services, and will not be sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Changes and Cancellations

Members may manage their accounts to cancel or update payment information at any time, subject to the notice requirements above. Membership changes, including upgrades or downgrades, may be limited to one change per ninety (90) days. San Pedro Express Car Wash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Membership at any time at its sole discretion.

Terms and Conditions

Membership is valid for one (1) vehicle only and may not be shared between multiple vehicles. The Membership is valid only during normal business hours. We reserve the right to close, limit, or modify operations due to weather conditions, equipment maintenance, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Service availability is not guaranteed at all times. Rates, pricing, and terms are subject to change at any time. Continued use of the Membership after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

By subscribing to our Membership and opting into SMS and email communications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
